TweetDeck Releases Update, Adds Background Color Changer

TweetDeck a popular Adobe Air [1] based twitter [2] client has rolled out a new update incorporating several features.
The biggest change in this release is providing users the ability to change background colors, other features include addition of several new URL shortening services and support for International fonts.

- Ability to change background and text colours.
- Ability to swap to an international font.
- Links on #hashtags in tweet body.
- Addition of hex.io URL shortener, twurl URL shortener and POPrl URL shortener.
- Updated summize data feed address to search.twitter.com.
- Fixed hover name when minimised to tray.
- Fixed Update Framework error caused by small update interval.
