Twitter can be very confusing for a new user. To make it simpler and more efficient, hundreds of applications have been developed. Unfortunately, up till now there was no single platform that would list all these applications and provide details about them. Well, all that changes with OneForty, which is being launched as an unofficial app store for Twitter.

Still in beta, OneForty is supposed to be a database of all Twitter apps along with their details, screenshots and user reviews. It is founded by Laura Fitton and as of right now contains around 1300 Twitter tools and apps. Once signed in with your Twitter account, you can browse for apps on OneForty, search for them using tags or simply see the most popular apps.

Users can also add their own apps or add reviews to existing applications.OneForty provides a much needed store front for users looking for specific Twitter apps.
