There is a false message spreading across social media sites including Facebook, stating that the Christian Pastor, Youcef Nadarkhani, has been executed in Iran. The protest message claims the death of the pastor and asks the church and the Government authorities as to why they have not raised any international outcry about the pastor’s death.
This is a false message spreading on the Web. According to Hoax Slayer, Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani has not yet been executed. The image that is used in the messages depicting the pastor to be hanged has been circulating all over the Internet since April last year.

Here’s the message that is spreading -
Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani has been executed in Iran. He is the pastor who has been imprisoned and found guilty by the courts in Iran of being a Christian. Now he’s been executed in spite of international appeals to spare his life. He was hanged today. Where is the outcry from the White House over the murder of this innocent Christian minister? Where is the outcry from the church in America and around the world? The silence is deafening!
The image shows the Iranian pastor blindfolded, standing next to the rope, while two armed guards stand behind him.
According to Christian Post, Youcef Nadarkhani is still alive and recent reports of his execution are false. The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) also has confirmed that the image, which has reportedly been in circulation since last year, is a fake and the execution rumors are false.
