Yet another hoax message is spreading on Facebook. The new hoax message is about a 15year old girl named “Summer” who had a mysterious death. The message states that if users do not re-post it on Facebook, then something bad will happen to them.
This is similar to those fake messages that you receive via SMS, which you naturally ignore. The same way, please ignore this message and do not re-post on Facebook or share it elsewhere. It will yield nothing, but spam the entire network.
WHEN U R READING THIS DONT STOP OR SOMETHING BAD WILL HAPPEN! {SORRYABOUT THIS} THIS GIRL’S NAME IS SUMMER SHE’S 15 YEARS OLD hasBLONDE HAIR ,MANY SCARS no NOSE OR EARS.. SHE IS DEAD. IF U DONT COPYTHIS JUST LIKE FROM THE RING, COPY N POST THIS ON 5 MORE SITES.. OR..SUMMER WILL APPEAR ONE DARK QUIET NIGHT WHEN UR NOT……………………………………….. . ExPECTING IT BYYOUR BED WITH A KNIFE AND KILL U. THIS IS NO JOKE SOMETHING GOOD WILLHAPPEN TO U IF YOU POST THIS ON.
It also indicates that you have to share this message on five other websites, if you don’t want to be cursed. Well, this is a fake message and there is no such girl named “Summer” and there is nothing like you will have a bad summer or anything of that sort.
It is a good practice to verify such messages before you re-post it on Facebook or Twitter. The best thing to do is to ignore messages like this and remove it from your news feed. This hoax message was created in order to scare users, so that it spreads rapidly.
People create such hoax messages to see how the message evolves and how far it will spread. Perhaps they wonder whether a hoax posted in one place, will ever come back to them again.
I suggest you to stop re-posting/sharing it with your friends. If you come across this message or have already shared this message with your friends, then you can do the needful by deleting/removing it from your wall by clicking the xin the top-right corner of the post.
