How can I change this to be my default font, (Arial 12)? I've tried changing the email theme and set my default font but this doesn't have any effect. Do you know a way I can do this?

If I create an email via a quick step it always appears in Calibri size 11. When I created a quickstep to email a group, Outlook added "SMTP" to the end of one of the emails, and when I edit the contacts properties, the email address says SMTP, and I cannot change it. When I send an email to the group, I get a failure notice for the person that has the SMTP at the end of it. Any thoughts on this? Thanks Chris P

I just found this feature and think its a great idea, and I cant wait to start using it, but I have one problem.
