Yahoo ^[1] Go, a mobile app for Symbian and other smartphones will be discontinued on January 12th, 2010, adding another Yahoo property into the deadpool ^[2].

Yahoo! Go will be discontinued on January 12, 2010, at 12:00 a.m. PST, so that we may focus on simplifying and enhancing your future mobile Web experiences. After this date, you will no longer be able to use Yahoo! Go 2.0 or 3.0 from your mobile phone.

I have been using Yahoo Go 3 on my Nokia smartphone, and  was pretty impressed with it, however, developments of the better Yahoo mobile application has meant that it will be end of road for Yahoo Go.
