The Samsung Galaxy S is available in the U.S under the T-Mobile and the AT&T network. T-Mobile sells the device as the Samsung Vibrant while AT&T sells it as the Samsung Captivate. Sprint’s version of the Galaxy S the Epic
4G will hit the stores on August 31st. The only other major network operator in the U.S which still does not offer the Galaxy S is Verizon. Rumors suggest Verizon launching its version of the Galaxy S the Samsung Fascinate on September 9.
Giving strength to the rumor is the fact that the Fascinate is now up for pre-order at Best Buy. Verizon already offers a very impressive list of Android smartphones like the Droid Incredible, Motorola Droid 2 and the Droid X. The Samsung Fascinate will be a worthy addition to the Verizon line-up.
It was just yesterday we had reported that Samsung had managed to sell more than 1 Million Galaxy S handsets in the U.S.
