T-Mobile G2: First Look

It seems like just yesterday when we told you about the new T-Mobile G2… oh wait, it was.

Anyway, the guys at Engadget have revealed shots of the T-Mobile G2; and it confirms our earlier suspicions — the T-Mobile G2 is the same as the HTC Vision or the HTC Desire Z, maybe with some changes.

You know what you can expect in the T-Mobile G2; it will have a 3.7 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, a 1 GHz Snapdragon, 576 MB RAM and a slider QWERTY keyboard.

It will ship with Android 2.1 Eclair but will get the Android 2.2 upgrade. Other usual suspects like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS can also be expected.

The T-Mobile G2 will support HSPA+ connectivity and will be T-Mobile’s first 4G handset.
