Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc And Xperia Play Launched In India

Earlier this year, Sony Ericsson announced the Android powered Xperia Arc at the CES 2011 in Las Vegas and the much-awaited Xperia Play at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2011 in Barcelona. Both the handsets runs on the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System. Xperia Play comes with a 4.2 inch multi-touch Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine, 8 megapixel camera with HD (720p) video recording and so on. On the other hand, Xperia Play is the world’s first PlayStation certified smartphone. It features a 4 inch touchscreen display with slide-out gaming keyboard.

Both the handsets are already available from March-end at Flipkart, a popular online retailer in India. But today, the company officially launched the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and Xperia Play at an event in Delhi, India. Check out the specs, after the break.
