Samsung Galaxy S III 32 GB Variant Coming Soon To India For Rs.41,500

Last month, Samsung launched the much-awaited Galaxy S III smartphone in India. However, this device was available only in 16 GB variant. Samsung has already promised to release the 32 GB and 64 GB variant soon after the launch. Now, it seems that Samsung has finally made its mind to launch the 32 GB variant. Samsung India have recently listed the Galaxy S III 32 GB variant on their official eStore.

Currently, this device is not available for sale or even pre-order. However, just by signing up, you will be notified when the device goes on sale in India. This device will be shipped with the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Operating System. The much-awaited Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) update is already expected to roll out in the coming weeks. There are no other changes in the specs of this device.

Samsung Galaxy S III features a 4.8 inch Super-AMOLED HD display, sporting a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, Corning Gorilla Glass 2, 1.4 GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS, TouchWiz 4.0 user interface, 8 megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus and flash, full HD (1080p) video recording and playback, 1.9 megapixel front-facing camera for video calls, 32 GB internal memory, microSD card slot, 64 GB expandable memory and much more.

Other features include a 3.5 mm headset jack, Stereo FM Radio with RDS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, 4G LTE Connectivity, Samsung Media Hub, Samsung Social Hub, Samsung Kies Air, Google Play Store, full HTML web browser, DLNA, HDMI out, Bluetooth 4.0 with EDR,2 GB RAM, 50 GB of free cloud storage from Dropbox, 3G Mobile Hotspot capability, Wi-Fi Direct, up to 590 hrs of stand-by time, up to 11 hrs 40 mins of talk-time and a 2100 mAh Lithium-ion battery.

Samsung Galaxy S III 32 GB variant is expected to be available only in Metallic Blue color at the time of launch. The 16 GB variant comes with a price-tag of Rs.38,400, while the 32 GB variant will be available for a slightly higher price of Rs.41,500 (approx. $750).
