Samsung Epic 4G Now Available On Sprint

Another variant of the Samsung Galaxy S the Samsung Epic 4G has hit the U.S shores and is available on the Sprint network. The Epic 4G is the second handset from Sprint to make use of its 4G network, the HTC EVO 4GSamsung Epic 4G being the first. The Samsung Epic 4G is the most distinct from its others Galaxy S siblings. The phone features a 4-inch Super-AMOLED screen with a WVGA (800×480) resolution. The Epic 4G is powered by a 1 GHz Hummingbird processor and packs in 512MB of RAM.

The phone also has a five row slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The device is available on the Sprint network for $249.99. The HTC EVO 4G costs a whole lot $50 less than the Epic 4G.

Another sibling of the Galaxy S the Samsung Fascinate will be hitting the U.S shores on September 9 on the Verizon network.   The device is already up for pre-order at Best Buy.
