Pre-Order Verizon iPhone 4 From Feb 3rd, Buy From Feb 10th
By on January 11th, 2011

Verizon has confirmed that the will be coming to the Verizon network next month. The 16GB Verizon model will cost $199 and the 32GB model will cost $299.

iPhone 4

According to earlier rumors the iPhone 4 data plans will be $29.99 and Verizon will also provide mobile hotspot for the phone wherein you can connect up to 5 different devices to make use of your phone’s data plan.

However, if you are an AT&T user, you will have to break your existing contract and then sign a new 2 year contract with Verizon. Also, the AT&T iPhone 4 will not work on Verizon since it is a CDMA network.

Considering how fast Verizon LTE network is, this should see a huge shift of customers from AT&T to Verizon. The Verizon iPhone page is already up and can be visited here, but pre-orders won’t open up till February 3, 2010 for new customers. Existing Verizon customers can also get an iPhone 4 from reserved quantity before anyone else. Sign up link for the same is present in the above URL.

Question!! i am a exisitng verizon custumer. i have an upgrade and plan to use it to get the iphone. i was wondering if i preorder it on the 3rd, if i can get it before the 10th?? thanks please help me out on this!!!

No, you will not get it before the 10th. Most likely, Verizon will ship an overnight package on the 9th, and it will arrive the morning of the 10th. This might be something to contact Customer Service for. From what I understand, Verizon refuses to release the CDMA iPhone 4 early to ANYONE, including review companies. It’s just marketing at it’s best!

I’ll be in the same boat. I can’t wait!

Well I pre-ordered mine yesterday and got a shipping confirmation this morning at 8m. It will be delivered by 3pm on monday the 7th.

“The Verizon iPhone page is already up and can be visited here, but pre-orders won’t open up till February 3, 2010 for new customers.”

Verizon recently changed this, here is the standard:

If you are an existing Verizon customer, you may head over to http://verizonwireless.com/iphoneorder starting at 3AM Eastern Time to pre order the iPhone 4. You should not have to be eligible to upgrade a line to pre order, but expect to pay $649.99 for the 16GB model, and $749.99 for the 32GB model.

If you are a new customer, you will have to wait to go to an Apple or Verizon store. It’s illegal for any company to pay a cancellation fee for you, so you’ll have to cover that on your own.

Verizon Customer Service is releasing more information every week, don’t hesitate to call.
