Philips has announced a new dual-SIM phone in Russia, the Philips Xenium X116. It is a simple candybar phone with basic features such as MP3 Player, FM Radio, VGA camera and so on. The entry level Xenium X116 comes with a 1050 mAh battery that can provide a stand-by time of up to one month.
Philips Xenium X116 features a 2 inch screen with 176 x 220 pixels resolution, dual-SIM (GSM+GSM), GPRS connectivity, VGA camera, MP3 player, FM radio, MicroSD card slot, 4GB expandable memory, built-in flashlight and a standard 1050 mAh battery.
Philips Xenium X116 comes with a price tag of 2,499 RUB (approx. $80). This handset is expected to be released in this month. There is no word regarding the availably of this handset in other European and Asian countries.
