Nokia X2 Firmware Updated To V4.90

Nokia_X2Another day, another new firmware released for a Nokia phone. This time it’s the Nokia X2. The software update is numbered version 04.90 and aims at improving the performance and stability of the device.

The firmware update also improves the camera image quality and an improved messaging application. Along with this, the audio quality of the handsfree speaker of the device has also been improved.

The Nokia X2 features a 2.2-inch QVGA display and runs on Symbian S40. The back of the phone sports a 5MP camera along with a LED flash. X2 owners can update the firmware of the device using Nokia Software Updater (NSU).

Users are recommended to make a backup of their data before proceeding with the firmware update.

    the new firmware v4.90 is very good
    it provides draft options in message which wasnot present originally and provides for deleting capture images immediately as you take them.
    nice update.
    waiting for more like still marking option in messages is missing.
    hoping nokia would provide it soon.
