Nokia Internet Radio Client For S40 Handsets Released
This news sure is going to bring music (literally!) to most of the Nokia S40 owners out there. The good guys over at Nokia Beta Labs have released an Internet Radio Client for Nokia handsets running on S40 OS. The application brings the Nokia Internet radio service to your handset thus bringing you tons of radio stations from all around the globe using Wi-Fi, GPRS or 3G. ![]()
The application also supports hide and unhide option which allows users to run this app in the background. Ovi Music is also integrated into this application, thus allowing users to purchase music they like right from their handset. As of now, the application is in beta and supports only a handful of S40 phones like the Nokia X2 and the X3-00, X3-01 and X3-02.
However, the folks at Beta labs have promised to add support for more S40 based devices in the future.
