Remember the Droid 2 software update we talked about ten days ago? Well, Verizon and Motorola have finally started rolling out that software update to all the Droid 2 owners in batches. The software update is numbered V2.3.20. The software update is a pretty minor one and contains tons of improvements and bug fixes. The update aims at improving the battery life of the device and fix the proximity sensor issue which plagued Droid 2 owners.

*Stream Guided Tour videos on device in Help Center application with ease.
*Faster location tracking during GPS navigation.
*Faster transitions between Wi-Fi and 3G in data connection.
*New ability to add pictures from your Gallery to a contact.
*Export all your contacts to the SD card.
*View details of Social Networking contacts.
*VZ Navigator is now preloaded on device.
As you can see from the change-log above, the update brings quite a handful of improvements. The software update also includes Verizon’s Navigation software VZ Navigator.
