Motorola Defy+ Now Available In The UK For Just £159

Last year, Motorola launched the Android powered Motorola Defy+ rugged smartphone. This handset is the successor of the highly popular Motorola Defy smartphone. The Motorola Defy+ is a water resistant, scratch resistant and dust proof smartphone. It runs on the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS. However, this handset is not expected to get the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) update ever.

The Motorola Defy+ is already available for purchase in the UK from last September. Clove, a popular online retailer is currently selling this rugged smartphone at a reduced price for a limited period of time. Motorola Defy+ features a 3.7 inch FWVGA touchscreen display, sporting a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels, 1 GHz OMAP processor, Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System, MotoBLUR UI, 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and LED flash, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3G Connectivity and so on.

It also comes with a 3.5 mm headset jack, FM Radio with RDS, 512 MB of RAM, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS with A-GPS, 2 GB internal memory, MicroSD card slot, 32 GB expandable memory, 2 GB MicroSD card bundled, Adobe Flash Player 10, Google Play Store, up to 7.1 hours of talk time, up to 16 days of standby time and a 1700 mAh battery.
