Now, the company has finally revealed the real name as well as the complete specs of this device on their official website. The new smartphone is called as the Motorola Atrix HD and it will be exclusively available for the AT&T subscribers in the US. This handset is the successor of the popular Motorola Atrix 2 smartphone.
Fortunately, the Motorola Atrix HD runs on the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Operating System out of the box. So you won’t have to wait for months to get the latest OS on your device. This handset might also get the Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) update in the near future. It comes with a 4.5 inch HD ColorBoost display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2, sporting a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. This device is powered by 1.5 GHz dual-core processor. The Motorola Atrix HD comes pre-loaded with SMARTACTIONS app that intelligently automates the routine and suggests ways to personalize your phone.
Apart from the specs mentioned above, this device features a 3.5 mm audio jack, 8 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, full HD (1080p) video recording and playback, 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera for video calls, 4G Connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM, microSD card slot, 32 GB expandable memory, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0 LE + EDR, MicroUSB 2.0, A-GPS, HDMI port, mobile hotspot functionality, Google Play Store and a 1780 mAh Li-Ion polymer battery.
