LG and Sprint recently announced the new LG Marquee smartphone. This handset is the Sprint’s version of the popular LG Optimus Black smartphone. It comes with a 4 inch NOVA display, 1 GHz Cortex-A8 processor, 5 megapixel camera with HD (720p) video recording, 3G Connectivity and much more. The LG Optimus Black originally comes with the Android 2.2 OS, but LG Marquee runs on the latest Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System.

You can get this handset for just $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate and a two year service agreement. LG Marquee will be available from October 2 at Sprint stores. You can also pre-order this handset online, starting from September 20.
