HTC Zeta: The Most Powerful Phone on Earth (Rumored, Of Course)
The rumors just don’t stop. Right after speculation that HTC may be launching the first quad core smartphone – the HTC Edge – soon, here’s another – HTC is apparently working on yet another quad core smartphone. It is codenamed the HTC Zeta, and is quite possibly the most powerful smartphone on Earth.
It will have a 2.5 GHz APQ8064 quad core processor, with 1 GB of RAM. It will also sport a 4.5 inch 720p HD display and will come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, embellished with the Sense UI on top.
It is also rumored to have 32 GB of internal storage, Beats audio, Bluetooth 4.0, a 1830 mAh battery and an 8 MP camera capable of capturing 1080p videos.
Here is a render of the device, which seems quite different from HTC’s recent smartphones. It does seem to have a unibody design though.
Again, take it with a grain of salt. It seems too good to be true.
