HTC Ville Leaks On Video; Say Hello To Ice Cream Sandwich and Sense 4.0!

2011 was not a remarkable year for HTC. The company released far too many handsets, and all of them were far too similar to each other. The company promised to bounce back in 2012 by releasing a true “hero” device and fewer handsets.

Well, now the folks over at HTC-Hub have managed to get their hands what is in all probability the next Hero handset from HTC, codenamed Ville. The Ville will also be the thinnest handset from the Taiwanese manufacturer with an under 8mm thickness. Thickness aside, the Ville will pack in a 4.3-inch qHD (640×960) display, a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S3 processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8MP camera, a front-facing VGA camera and more.

Below is the video I am talking about -:

From the video, the Ville looks to have the typical build quality that we are now accustomed to now in HTC phones. The Ville will thankfully be running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, with a new version of Sense (v4.0) on-board. Rumors suggest that this new version of Sense feels less bloated, has some really nifty tweaks, and apparently will provide users with up to 50GB of additional space on Dropbox.
