HTC Ville Leaked Photo And Specs Emerge
The guys at BGR recently shared the leaked photo as well as the leaked specifications of HTC’s upcoming device, the HTC Ville. This handset was earlier known as the HTC Villa. It will be the company’s first smartphone to run on the latest Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Operating System.
The HTC Ville is expected to be announced next year at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012 in Barcelona. It will also be the first device to run on HTC’s upcoming Sense UI 4.0. Check out the leaked specs, after the break.
HTC Ville Leaked Specifications:
- 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display
- 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 (MSM8960)
- Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
- HTC Sense UI 4.0
- 8 megapixel backside-illuminated camera
- Full HD (1080p) video recording and playback
- Beats Audio
- Metal construction case
- 1650 mAh battery
This handset measures less than 8mm thick. HTC Ville does not have any hardware buttons on the front. Sadly, HTC Ville will not include NFC support. This handset is rumored to be launched during April 2012. Stay tuned for more info!
