T-Mobile recently announced the price and availability of the HTC One S smartphone. This handset was announced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012 along with the high-end HTC One X and mid-range HTC One V smartphone. We have good news for those, who were eagerly waiting for the launch of this handset in the US. The HTC One S will be exclusively available for the T-Mobile subscribers from next week. It is the company’s first smartphone which runs on the latest Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Operating System.

HTC One S features a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED display, sporting a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS, HTC Sense 4.0, 8 megapixel camera, VGA front-facing camera, 3.5mm headset jack, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G Connectivity, 1 GB RAM, 16 GB internal memory, Bluetooth 3.0, Play Store, 25 GB DropBox cloud storage and a 1650 mAh battery.
The HTC One S allows you to access 25 GB of free cloud storage from DropBox. It also comes with the T-Mobile’s exclusive version of the popular ‘Where’s My Water?’ game from Disney Mobile, with ten levels that can’t be played anywhere else. This handset will be available for purchase starting from April 25 at T-Mobile retail stores, T-Mobile online store, select dealers and national retailers. The HTC One S will be available for $199.99 with a 2 year service agreement and a $50 mail-in rebate.
