HTC EVO 4G System Files In The Wild
By on May 20th, 2010

Even before Sprint can officially launch the HTC EVO 4G on June 4th, several lucky people got their hands on the HTC EVO today at the Google I/O conference.

Thanks to the early hands-on, the system files of the HTC EVO 4G have already made it to the wild on the XDA developers forum. An eager user has posted the system files on Rapidshare, and there is no doubt that the eager developers have already downloaded the files and have begun cooking a root for the device without actually owing it.

If you are someone who fancies their chances of creating a root, head over to this XDA post and download the system files for HTC EVO 4G. Oh and yes it was smart of Google not to preload the EVO with or else we would have seen some servers going under already.
