HTC Desire Pre-Orders On T-Mobile UK on Monday

Some good news for UK users, the HTC Desire [1] may go up for pre-orders on T-Mobile UK on Monday, 22nd March 2010.

The HTC Desire was announced [2] at CES 2010 [3] this year and has some nice specifications [4] including a 3.7" AMOLED Touch-screen display, 1GHz processor, 512MB ROM and 576MB RAM along with a 5 Megapixel camera.

According to Jimmy [5] from Android [6] Forums, the phone will be available for pre-orders at midday on Monday and will start shipping on March 26th. Current T-Mobile users will be able to upgrade starting Friday, March 26th.

Right now some T-Mobile UK reps are saying that there are only 700 units of the HTC Desire [1] in stock, but they could definitely increase by the time the pre-orders go up and orders start shipping.

You can keep an eye on the HTC Desire at the official T-Mobile UK site here [7], which says that the phone may arrive in April.
