The HTC Desire HD has not yet been released in all parts of the world but that has not stopped HTC from releasing a software update for the phone. The HTC Desire HD is the European version of the EVO 4G. The handset sports a massive 4.3-inch LCD with a resolution of 800×480. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm 1GHz QSD8255 Snapdragon processor while the Adreno 205 core handles the graphics department.
The phone also packs 768MB of RAM and 1.5Gig of internal memory. The Desire HD runs on Android 2.2 with an updated version of Sense UI. The software update is numbered 1.32.405.3 and is quite a hefty OTA (Over-The-Air) update. According to BriefMobile, the update includes screen control and photo message compatibility enhancements.
If anyone of you Desire HD owners have got the update, do drop in a comment as to what changes you have noticed.
