HP just announced a mini or nano version of the Palm Pre 2 at their on-going event in San Francisco. The HP Veer is powered by the Snapdragon MSM7230 processor, the same processor which powers the HTC Desire Z, and runs at 800MHz.

The Veer packs in the same amount of RAM as the Pre 2 i.e. 512MB. Like the Pre and the Pre 2, the Veer also sports a QWERTY keyboard.
