Google Nexus One Officially Gets The OTA Android 2.2 (Froyo) Update

Google Nexus One users can now upgrade to Android 2.2 via the official OTA update from Google. There had been speculations earlier about the update but this time it is real and official.

The T-Mobile Nexus One got upgraded from Android 2.1 build ERE27 to FRF85. For updating via OTA update, wait for the notification bar to report for an update. So, what are you Nexus One users waiting for? Go and enjoy the Froyo on your Nexus One.

    Not working in New Zealand yet. Is this dependant on provider? Surely if connected via wi-fi, it wouldnt be??

      @nathan – This update is being rolled out gradually, so you should see a message prompt within the next 24-48 hours or so.
