Evernote has just released a new update for their Android app which includes some pretty good new features. The new Evernote app now features an Evernote widget which allows you to quickly perform any Evernote action like search notes, add notes etc from the home screen.
The Evernote app also support Pinch and zoom support on Android 2.1 and later. You can now also quickly send a note to Evernote using the sharing menu. This feature is available exclusively for Android users. Another interesting change involved some performance updates which put in the foundation for offline note storage, which is available in iPhone right now.
In addition to these enhancements, there were several bug fixes and changes. You can download the latest Evernote app from the Android Market or learn more about the changes at the official Evernote blog.
