Google Nexus S is the first Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) smartphone. This handset is already available in 3G and 4G variants exclusively for the T-Mobile and Sprint customers respectively. Last week, AT&T announced the Google Nexus S smartphone, for its customers in the US. This handset is manufactured by Samsung and it comes with a 4 inch Super AMOLED display, 1 GHz processor, 5 megapixel camera with HD (720p) video recording and more. AT&T customers will be happy to learn that, the much-awaited Google Nexus S smartphone is finally available for purchase exclusively at Best Buy.

AT&T Google Nexus S features a 4 inch WVGA SUPER AMOLED display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution, 1 GHz application processor, Android 2.3 OS (Gingerbread), Wi-Fi, 3G Connectivity, 5 megapixel camera with Auto Focus, VGA front Camera, HD (720p) video recording and so on.

Other features include a 3.5 mm headset jack, NFC (Near Field Communication) Capability, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, A-GPS, 16 GB internal memory, no MicroSd card slot, 512MB RAM, Accelerometer, Digital compass, Proximity and Light Sensor, Android Market, up to 713 hrs stand-by time, up to 6 hrs 40 min talk-time and a 1500 mAh battery.
