Some 24 hrs. ago, AT&T had declared that it was not offering iPhones online to New Yorkers because of some :

online fraudulent activity

or because it :

periodically chooses to modify [its] promotions and distribution channels

or because of both.

Now however,  it seems to have lifted it’s ban and is selling iPhones once again. The exact cause for lifting it’s ban has not yet been stated. Read more about this at digitaldaily where John is so thrilled that he’s bought two in the last hour.
