It was just a couple of weeks ago, that Apple released iOS 4.3 for the iPhone and iPad. Today, the Cupertino based company has released a minor update for the iOS bumping the version number to 4.3.1.
The update aims at fixing graphical glitches which some iPod Touch owners were facing, after updating the device to iOS 4.3. Other bug fixes include authentication issues with some enterprise web services, and image flickering when using the AV digital Adapter with your HDTV.
Hopefully, the update will also fix the battery life issues which reportedly some bunch of iPhone 4 owners were facing, after updating it to iOS 4.3.
iTouch device owners, who have jailbreak’ed their devices running iOS 4.3, are recommended not to upgrade at the moment. It is unconfirmed, whether Apple has fixed the security hole, used for jailbreaking iOS 4.3, with this small update or not.
Apple iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch 3G/4G and iPad/iPad 2 owners can update their device to iOS 4.3.1 using iTunes.
