Android 2.2 (Froyo) Brings New Feature
By on April 26th, 2010

The latest known version of Android i.e. Android 2.2 (Froyo) brings new features with it. Android 2.1 which is the latest version currently out in the market, didn’t brought new android 2.2 auto updatefeatures with it, but Android 2.2 brings automatic updates for applications with it.

Now this is a cool feature for users who have lots of applications on their Android device and have trouble updating each application manually. As an Android user, I welcome this feature. When users download an application, it will ask for a permission for automatic updating. So, once you select this option you are free from the future updating troubles.

Android 2.2 will be also bringing features like more additional RAM, which you have already read in our article here.

Oh heck yeah! I HATE when I have the little update notification on my phone and have to update 12 applications manually every other day. Also, this is the first I heard of 2.2.
