The Acer Liquid Mini originally runs on the Android 2.2 (Froyo) Operating System and comes in 5 colors jet silver, royal blue, piano black, lime green and light pink. But, Acer recently announced a refreshed Acer Liquid Mini, which runs on the latest Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System and comes in 4 new vibrant colors – Cherry, lagoon, pearl and steel. Acer Liquid Mini features a 3.2 inch HVGA touchscreen display, 480 x 320 pixels resolution, 600 MHz Qualcomm 7227 processor, Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS, 3G connectivity, 5 megapixel camera with 480p video recording, Bluetooth, GPS, stereo FM radio, DLNA connectivity, Wi-Fi, 512MB RAM, MicroSD card slot, 32 GB expandable memory, 2 GB MicroSD card included, up to 6.5 hours of talk time, up to 20 hours of stand-by time and a 1300 mAh battery.
Acer Liquid Mini allows you to access more than 150,000 apps from the Android Market. You can also share pictures with your Facebook, YouTube and Flickr friends in just a click. Acer Liquid Mini also comes with DocumentsToGo and RoadSync apps to display the most popular Office formats (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PDF) and send them by e-mail thanks to Microsoft Exchange support. The price and release date have not been announced yet.
