Shutdown Timer for Windows
There are times when you want to make sure that your PC is shutdown after sometime, say after a download completes. You can always create a shutdown timer without using any software, but many of you would prefer to use a simple utility instead.
Sam Shutdown Time is a freeware which will allow you to set a shutdown timer to automatically shutdown your PC after a certain time. You just need to exit the software to kill the shutdown timer.

yep there are plenty of utilities to do it, but this one looks pretty simple, will use it :)
