The invoices can be customized with color and logo. You can set options like currency, shipping, taxes, discounts, language, notes etc. You can see which invoices have been sent, paid or are due. The invoices can be filtered by period, client or status.

To be honest, I struggled when I used Invoice Machine – it looks nice, but found it very slow. I’ve recently been using http://www.billfor.it as was invited to their beta site. The invoicing and quotation side of things is really good and easy to use. The invoices can be fully customised too – although the HTML editor is a little hard to get to grips with :(
