You get your own domain name such as yourname.oib.com and can make up any address you want on the fly. As the messages come in, they are sorted into folders based on the address - messages sent to amazon@yourname.oib.com are put in the amazon folder and messages sent to facebook@yourname.oib.com are put into the facebook folder.
