LEGOs and iPhones in Infinite Combinations
By on June 18th, 2012

LEGO bricks are inarguably among the best toys mankind has ever made. Those little colored blocks could suddenly become a miniature house or a jaw-dropping replica of the Eiffel Tower, depending on what our crazy creativity and imagination would feel like coming up with.

I had my own bucket of LEGOs when I was a kid and up until now, I still marvel at the multitude of things I can produce out of these legendary building blocks of happiness. I’m still, and would always be, a fan of these toys. Who would hate them anyway? If you do, either you stepped on one or you were always the one left to clean the aftermath of LEGO construction.

Expressing their passion for these bricks and for technology, LEGO fans have been building brilliant accessories for Apple products with the use of LEGO bricks and parts. It’s pure genius! Their LEGO creations inspired more people to create their own piece of artwork for their own tech. Here are some awesome creations that they made:

iPhone Dock

Simple but cool! This incredible iPhone rotating dock can be used in portrait and landscape modes. It was created by Steven Combs, a 30-year old German LEGO fan. His love for bricks and Apple products has inspired him to make a lot of LEGO accessories. You can check them out at Steven’s blog.

LEGO iPhone Tripod

Be a LEGO director. This is a simple LEGO tripod to shoot your very own LEGO movies with your iPhone using the LEGO app that films stop-motion videos.

iPhone Steering Wheel

Another awesome creation of Steven Combs, this awesome contraption lets you play racing games in your iPhone with the use of LEGO bricks connected to a steering wheel.

LEGO iPhone Camera

Going old school! This remarkable case using traditional LEGO bricks turns your iPhone into a classic camera complete with fake shutter, viewfinder and a wheel for lens.

Star Wars Lego iPhone Holder

May the Force be with you! Star Wars and LEGO fans will surely love this Star Wars themed LEGO iPhone holder that can also function as a desktop iPhone tripod.

It’s amazing what you can do with a few plastic bricks and a bucketful of imagination. With tons of new LEGO parts being created, the possibilities for new LEGO masterpieces and ingenious inventions are limitless.
