Vodafone Announces Special Services to Commemorate Rabindranath Tagore’s 150th Birth Anniversary

Vodafone-Rabindra-Jayanti Rabindranath Tagore – the first Asian Nobel laureate, holds a special place in the hearts and minds of Bengalis around the world. His 150th birth anniversary is just a couple of days away. To commemorate this occasion, Vodafone has launched a string of value added services for subscribers in Kolkata and West Bengal telecom circles.

Vodafone users can subscribe to special caller tunes, download ringtones, dedicate songs or simply listen to information on Rabindranath Tagore by dialing 567407 (call charges Rs. 6 per minute). This offer is valid for both prepaid and postpaid users and will be available throughout May.
