Uninor brings GPRS Services in 9 Indian States

Uninor, one of the fastest growing telecom service provider has launched GPRS services across 9 Indian states Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.
The company is currently offering free access to internet, under its trial offer scheme. This trial offer is valid only till May 6th. Thereafter, Uninor`s users will have to pay 10 paisa per 10KB. As an introductory offer, Uninor has also launched two plans – Myconnect 9 and Myconnect 90.

Myconnect 9

It is priced at Rs 9 and allows free browsing up to 60 MB. Its validity is of three days from the date of recharge.

Myconnect90

It is priced at Rs 90 and allows free browsing upto 3GB. It comes with a validity of 30 days. If you exceed the limits, you will be charged 10 paisa/KB.

Uninor has also announced that the GPRS setting is automatically enabled. Using Uninor’s Automatic Device Setting Server, the SIM card will automatically install the required settings on to the phone.
