Samsung Champ Now Available In India

Samsung Champ is the cheapest touchscreen phone from Samsung Electronics. This phone was announced in May and it is specially targeted for youngsters in India. This device looks much similar to Corby range of phones. It comes with a small 2.4 inch display, 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.1 and much more.

Some interesting features include 12 hours of talk-time and 600 hours of standby time, MicroSD card slot, 30 MB internal memory, 8GB expandable memory (not confirmed), 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, FM radio, audio and video player, dual speakers with 3D sound effects, GPRS/EDGE and much more.

This handset is available in 4 vibrant colors – black, white, brown and pink. At such a low cost, we cannot expect features like GPS, Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity. This handset is finally available in retail outlets in India. Samsung Champ is available in India for around Rs.4000- Rs.4,100.

    Samsung champ seems like a wonderful idea to me… its cost effectiveness is something that will make the youngsters to try it out…this will be an amazing thing to be seen in the coming days..
