Motorola Xoom Price Drops To Rs.22,500 In India

Exactly one year ago, Motorola unveiled its first tablet device, the Motorola Xoom. This device runs on the Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) Operating System. Motorola Xoom was announced and showcased at the CES 2011 in Las Vegas. Within a few months, Motorola officially launched this device in India. The 32GB Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi + 3G version was originally priced at Rs.39,990. BlackBerry and Samsung have recently reduced the price of the BlackBerry PlayBook and Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi respectively in India. Now, popular online retailers such as Flipkart and LetsBuy are selling the Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi + 3G at a reduced price of just Rs.22,500.

Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi features with a 10.1 inch touchscreen display, sporting a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) OS, 3G Connectivity, 5 megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, HD (720p) video recording, Full HD (1080p) playback, 2 megapixel front-facing camera and so on.

Other features include a 3.5mm headset jack, micro USB 2.0, Corporate Sync, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR + HID, 32GB internal memory, SD card support, 1GB DDR2 RAM, Google Chrome bookmark sync and incognito mode, Android Market, Integrated GPS, up to 10 hour video playback and a 3250 mAh Lithium-ion battery.

LetsBuy is currently selling the 32GB Motorola Xoom at a reduced price of just Rs.22,500. On the other hand, Flipkart is selling this device for Rs.22,999.
