This device is the successor of the not-so-popular Mercury mTab2 tablet. The previous model had only Wi-Fi and external 3G support, but the new Mercury mTab Neo features in-built 3G and SIM support for voice and video calling.

This tablet comes with a 7 inch capacitive touchscreen display and a powerful 1 GHz dual core Cortex A9 processor. Most of the entry-level tablets currently available in the market runs on the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS. However, the Mercury mTab Neo runs on the super old Android 2.2 (Froyo) OS.
