LG Optimus One Launched In India For Rs 13500
By on November 21st, 2010

LG Optimus OneLG’s most popular Android phone to date, the LG Optimus One P500 has been launched in India. It is now available for just Rs. 13500, which makes it one of the best budget Android phones in India.

LG hasn’t had much success with its Android lineup, but the Optimus One has been seeing spectacular sales. It just passed the 1 million milestone a week back.

It is probably the best budget phone right now. It is powered by Android 2.2 Froyo and comes with a 600 MHz processor and 419 MB RAM. It has 170 MB internal storage and supports microSD cards up to 32 GB.

It comes with a 3.2 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels, which is much better compared to the QVGA resolution of most budget Android phones. It also has a 3.15 MP camera and offers all the basic connectivity options – GPRS, EDGE, 3G HSDPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP etc. It also has a GPS transceiver with A-GPS support. It is powered by a 1500 mAh battery.

At this price point, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a budget Android device.
