Cheers Mobile Launches GSM Mobile Services In Mumbai

Cheers Mobile recently launched their GSM mobile services in the Mumbai telecom circle. Cheers Mobile is the GSM mobile telephony services brand of Etisalat DB. The company recently paid Rs. 9.9 crore as a penalties to the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) for not launching their telecom services on time.

Cheers Mobile has Unified Access Services (UAS) License for mobile telephony in 15 circles including Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Mumbai,Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu (including Chennai), Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West), Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.

Cheers Mobile is currently offering 50 minutes of talk time and 50 SMS everyday for the first 60 days. Customers can also continue the same benefits for up 120 days at a daily deduction of Rs.1 per day. The 50 minutes offered by the company includes 45 minutes of talktime for calling local Cheers mobile subscribers and the remaining 5 minutes can be utilized for calling any local number.
