I’ve been trying to get an Airtel Broadband connection for the last 13 days in the heart of Bangalore (Richmond Town to be precise). I applied for the Max 30 GBplan and even paid Rs.1299/- as an advance for the line activation and cabling cost. They’ve given me the run around since then. All sorts of excuses for not showing up and getting it done. Now they say that they dont have space on the nearest junction box to support the high speed requirement. Bah! Get your act and infrastructure together guys before thinking of launching more products and creating hype you cannot live up to. Totally dissapointed with Airtels service. You arent able to provide the basic service promised in the heart of one of the largest cities in the country. You just lost yourself a customer. And are doomed to loose many more with a service like this. Goodbye. tushad@hotmail.com
