Reliance World Turns Itself Into Examination Centers
By on June 8th, 2010

Reliance World is a nationwide chain of retail stores in India managed by Reliance Webstore Limited (a Reliance ADAG company). The stores are designed to give you a delightful experience of the digital world of information, communication, entertainment and utility services from Reliance Mobile and Communication systems. Apart from such services, Reliance World also has a robust and proven online assessment engine that provides a unique platform for institutions to conduct online examinations in a controlled environment.

And these very online examination systems at Reliance World were used by Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT) recently for conducting its first ever online entrance examination for admission to its M.Sc.(IT) and M.Sc.(ICT in Agriculture and Rural Development) programmes. The online entrance examination was conducted at 29 Reliance World stores spread across 14 cities in India. The examination lasted for an hour and was taken online simultaneously by a total of 1011 candidates.
