I wanted my own stranger chat bot (like Omegle or Chatroulette), but for Google Talk. So I wrote my own.

I find the translation bot to be the most useful thing. Thanks for sharing this information.

Also, I came across one more bot that is interesting. Just add shoutcast@bot.im as a friend in Google Talk…

It allows you to:

> Search Radio Stations from around the world by Genre/Radio Station/Artist

> It also enables the SHOUTcast pop-up player and allows you to listen to music then and there.

There is new bot.. just add smsgyan@smsgyan.com and send help for a list of keywords.. whole lot of features… and by an indian startup

Inezha ( http://inezha.com/ ) is a worthy mention. Brings RSS feeds to your Gtalk/Hotmail/Yahoo IM, very handy if you don’t want to open your feed reader/Google reader.
Makes tweeting about the story damn easy as well
