Where Is The Kill Pages Button, Google Chrome?

I may be missing the point, but Google Chrome definitely adds to another funny error messages we all love to see, but that said I cannot understand where the Kill Pages button disappeared all of a sudden.

Did Google roll out a build with a flaw, or was it just trying to be funny? What’s you say?
