Kevin, you are not that far off. My Facebook breaks are what keep me sane at a job I don't love. If my job blocks Facebook, I'm going to see if I can get a note form a doctor or therapist that says I need Facebook for my emotional well being. Then again, with out the health care I couldn't afford to get a note in the first place.
